Kipness, Bertha F. (Kipnis); b. November 12, 1902, Russia; Russian American; AMB; Attended the Mt. Sinai Hospital School of Nursing in 1926; Nure; CP 1919; received passport# 378166 on March 24, 1937 which listed his address as 198 Grand Street Extension, Brooklyn, New York, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Arrived in Spain on April 8, 1937; Served with the Republican Medical Services, Responsible of nurses; Returned to the US on August 19, 1938 aboard the Ile de France; d. around 1950.
