August 15, 1913, Krakow, Poland, to the US 1914; Polish American; Father Felix Sliwon; 1 year High School; No prior military service; Single; Seaman (SUP); YCL 1935 and CP of Spain May 1938; Domicile Cardale, Pennsylvania; Arrived in Spain via Massanet on July 11, 1937; Served with the XV Brigade, Special MG Co.; Later Lincoln-Washington Battalion, Co. 4; Rank Soldado; Served at Quinto, Belchite, and the Ebro Offensive; KIA during an artillery barrage along with five other men in September 1938, Ebro Offensive.
