Siblings: brothers John Earl Regan (1890-1965), Thomas William Regan (1901-1982), Gerald A. Regan (1907-1981); sisters Dorthy M. Regan (1895-1980), Mary Theda Regan (1897-1976), Teresa Regina Regan (1898-1943).
