July 4, 1897, Poland, Naturalized citizen; CoB; Polish American; Baker; No political affiliation, BCW of America; Received Passport# 399584 on April 28, 1937 which listed his address as 2321 (321 E.) Monument Street, Baltimore, Maryland, and Youngstown, Ohio; Sailed May 8, 1937 aboard the American Importer; Arrived in Spain on May 30, 1937 after surviving the sinking of the City of Barcelona; Experienced shell shock after the sinking; Stayed at Camp Lukacs recovering from shell shock; Later Served with the Auto Park as a driver and with the XV BDE, Lincoln-Washington BN; Returned to the US on September 24, 1938 aboard the President Harding; d. October 5, 1984, Arlington County, Virginia.
