Pike, Florence Mildred. (Tew, Florence), b. 1905; AMB; Canadian; Attended McGill University 1931-32 then Toronto Western Hospital in 1932; Widowed; Nurse; CPC January 1937; Domicile US; Served with the Republican Medical Services at Belacazar on Cordoba Front; Benicasim; English Hospital Valdeganga near Albacete September 1937 as head nurse; Santa Columna near Vich and Hospital de Farmes de la Selva; Pike went to England after leaving Spain due to illness, WWII served as a civilian nurse until illness forced her return to Canada in 1942, never recovered her health; d. March 15, 1944 in Canada.
