Biography

Flett, Harold Fay. b. August 20, 1902, Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey, Jewish, AMB, Nurse and Anesthetist, received passport# 378161 on March 24, 1937 which listed his address as 47 East Lincoln Avenue, Atlantic Heights, New Jersey, Arrived in Spain on April 10, 1937, Served with the 86th BDE, Cordoba Front as a nurse and anesthetist; Returned to the US on February 9, 1938 aboard the Ile de France, Died shortly after his return.
