August 5, 1917, Rockville, Connecticut; Attended evening classes at the City College of New York for 3 years; 1 year US Army; Single; Clerk and Daily Worker Agent; YCL 1933 and CP 1935, Daily Worker agent of section; Received Passport# 427097 on May 27, 1937 which listed his address as 1527 43rd Street, Brooklyn, New York; Arrived in Spain via Setcases on June 19, 1937 and entered the IB on June 22, 1937; Served with the XV BDE, Mackenzie-Papineau BN; Killed in action July 9, 1938, Ebro Offensive.
