Heinanen, Henry Einar b. July 18, 1901, Sarrijarvi, Finland; Finnish American; Public school education; Single; Mechanic and Steel Worker; Finnish Federation, SWOC, CIO, CP 1937; Domicile 457 Clarendon Street, Monessen, Pennsylvania; Travelled on a Finnish Passport left at Albacete; Sailed June 12, 1938 aboard the Georgic; Arrived in Spain via Setcases on June 15, 1937; Served with the XV BDE, Mackenzie-Papineau BN, MG Co., Company Cook; Then to the 4th Artillery Group; Served at Teruel, The Retreats, and Levante; WIA March 16, 1938, Caspe during The Retreats; To France February 7, 1939 where he was placed into a French Concentration Camp; Returned to the US on April 15, 1939 aboard the George Washington.
