Clinton, Oklahoma), Sailed August 11, 1937 aboard the Queen Mary, Arrived in Spain on August 21, 1937, Served with the XV BDE, Lincoln-Washington BN, Co. 3; Deserted and was placed in BDE Disciplinary Co.,  July 13-August 8, 1938,  Then to Mackenzie-Papineau BN, Co. 1,  later Co. 2,  Served at Teruel, Retreats and Ebro Offensive, Returned December 15, 1938 aboard the Paris.
