March 3, 1905, Utica, New York; CoB; Education through the 11th grade; Single; Cook; CP 1932 (1933/1934); Received Passport# 27724, San Francisco series, on May 8, 1937 which listed his address as 9102 Palantine Street, Seattle, Washington; Sailed May 20, 1937 aboard the Berengaria; Arrived in Spain on May 30, 1937; Survived the sinking of the City of Barcelona; Served with the  XV BDE, Mackenzie-Papineau BN, Estado Mayor, Cook; Returned to the US on December 20, 1938 aboard the Ausonia; WWII US Army, Pacific Theater, Baker; d. February 17 (19), 1985, Seattle, Washington.
