September 13, 1910, NYC; Graduate St. Johns Law School; Single, Lawyer, CP 1936; received passport# 361878 on January 15, 1937 which listed his address as 1035 Hegeman Avenue, Brooklyn, New York; Sailed February 6, 1937 aboard the Paris; Arrived in Spain on February 17, 1937; Served with the XV BDE, Lincoln BN, Co. 1 WIA at Brunete then to OTS, Lincoln-Washington BN, rank Teniente, reported MIA Retreats April 3, 1938, near Gandesa during the Retreats.
