November 2, 1906, Brooklyn, New York; AMB; Married (to Jacob Epstein); Nurse; CP and Spanish CP; received passport# 414737 on May 17, 1937 which listed his address as 305 East 17th and 245 East 19th Street, NYC; Arrived in Spain on May 24 (29), 1937; Served with the Republican Medical Service, Murcia, as a nurse; Returned to the US on December 31, 1938 aboard the President Harding; d. November 29, 1996.
