October 5, 1913, NYC; Jewish; Elementary school education; US Army National Guard, 258th Field Artillery, 5 years; Single; Mechanic; CP June 3, 1938; Received Passport# 548822 on June 8, 1938 which listed his address as 1659 Boston Park Road, Bronx, New York and 1468 Wilkins Avenue, NYC; Arrived in Spain on July 16, 1938; Served with the XV Brigade, Lincoln-Washington Battalion, Plana Mayor; Served at the Ebro Offensive; WIA August 19, 1938; Returned to the US on December 20, 1938 aboard the Ausonia; WWII US Army, Tech 5, enlisted August 11, 1942; d. March 1, 1965, Flushing, New York, buried in Long Island National Cemetery, East Farmingdale, Suffolk County, New York.
