December 7, 1910, NYC; Jewish; Single; Journalist; CP 1930 or 1936 (1935); Received Passport# 4392 New York series on September 10, 1935 which listed his address as 1706 Washington Avenue, Bronx, New York; Sailed May 26, 1937 aboard the Vollendam; Arrived in Spain via Setcases on June 15, 1937; Assigned rear area work; Worked in the Bureau of Effectives until August 24, 1937, then sent to Camp Lukacs until September 20, 1937; Then to Tarrazona, in hospital for heart trouble; Suggested for repatriation; Returned to the US on September 10, 1938 aboard the Paris; d. August 1984, Berkeley, California.
