Cazzoli, Ubaldo (Fantini, Giulio; "Coco"); b. August 3, 1899, Bologna, Italy; To the US in 1922; Italian American; Mechanic; CP appointed to the Italian National Bureau of the Communist party of the United States where he helped unionize Italian workers.; Ubaldo Cazzoli headed the “Patronati italiani per l’aiuti alle vittime del fascismo," Restaurant Workers Union; Arrived in Spain in February 1937; Served with the Garibaldi BDE; Returned to the US after the war.
